If your product has come to you with a damaged part or a manufacturing defect, please let us know just after receiving it through our e-mail (email@example.com). We will evaluate and, if appropriate, reset the product or part in question and we will bear the freight costs.
For returns or exchange of products without defects for another item of the store we request that the customer first send us an email informing the situation. After our response the product must be sent back in its original packaging with no signs of use within 7 days after the date of receipt to the address below. The customer will be responsible for the freight cost in this situation.
