How can I buy Estúdio Parrado products?
You can purchase them at our online store (https://www.estudioparrado.com/loja). After choosing the products you want and clicking to "finalize purchase" at the cart page, you will be directed to the checkout page, where you will fill in the information required and will be able to check the details of freight, delivery method and complete the payment.
Is it safe to shop online at Estúdio Parrado?
The sales platform used on our site is secured by HTTPS / TLS encryption which provides privacy and data integrity between transactions. In addition, we only work with payment methods that offer the highest level of security for our customers.
When you send a payment through these systems, we do not have access to your financial data, such as your credit card number or bank details.

All product and freight values in the store are described and will be charged in Real (BRL),
the conversion to charge in the currency of your country is made at the moment of purchase by PayPal.

We offer free shipping to the state of São Paulo. For other cities, inside or outside Brazil,
you can check the value of freight at the checkout page, after filling in your information
How soon will I receive my product?
For each product there is a specific time from order processing to shipping, which varies depending on availability in stock or production time. You will find this information at the store, on the product page. This is the deadline for sending, we always strive to get your product to you in the shortest possible time.
The shipping time varies from city to city and according to the chosen freight method.

How can I track my order?
Once your product is sent you will receive an email with the shipping notice and tracking code so you can track your order.
What is Estúdio Parrado exchange and return policy?
If your product has come to you with a damaged part or a manufacturing defect, please
let us know just after receiving it through our e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org).
We will evaluate and, if appropriate, reset the product or part in question and we will bear the freight costs.
For returns or exchange of products without defects for another item of the store we request that the customer first send us an email informing the situation. After our response the product must be sent back in its original packaging with no signs of use within 7 days after the date of receipt to the address below. The customer will be responsible for the freight cost in this situation.
